I colored this fun image, Cheeky Glamour, by TGF quite awhile ago and I'm finally giving her a place in the spotlight! Doesn't she deserve it? She is so fabulous!
She's very Marilyn Monroe and so fun to color! I colored her in with Copic markers, with no particular papers in mind to use with her, which made my job today a little bit harder, lol! I always just stamp an image out and color away and then think, "okay great, now what papers will match this?" DCWV to the rescue! I bought the Linen Closet paper pack earlier this year when I was shopping with Jessica! Just cracking into it too, how sad is that?
The image was stamped on Neenah paper in Tuxedo Black by Memento. This is the PERFECT Copic combination if you ask me, Neenah and Momento, not ONE tiny bit of smearing, I love that!
I cut the image out with my Labels 10 Nestabilities and distressed it with my Inkssentials Ink Blending Tool and Antique Paper distress ink.
Speaking of Nestabilities, 7Kids has a pre-order going for all the new Nestabilities! Have you seen them? They are absolutely GORGEOUS and I'm SO excited to get my hands on these! I'm pretty sure you won't find these cheaper ANYWHERE!

I was a little bored with where my card went and thought it needed a little PIZAZZ! So I broke out my Sookwang double-sided tape and some Doodlebug Chunky Glitter and got messy!
Don't you looOOOve those flowers on my poofy bow? I think they really make the card. I love these little Prima's so much! I don't think I can get enough of them:)
C.C DESIGNS MERMAID
Isn't she FABULOUS?????? OMG I am LOVING all the new mermaid images lately! I have all the ones from CC Designs and the Kraftin' Kimmie ones too! Just have to ink them all up. So many images, SO little time, lol!
This particular beauty is "Pearl" by CC Designs! She is simply gorgeous and SO fun to color. I can imagine a million different color combinations for her. Unfortunately, I forgot to write down my Copic colors, ARG! I hate it when I forget, which is almost ALWAYS! LOL! I always have a tornado mess of Copics when I'm done coloring so I have to put them away before I begin my card and then I forget to write them down.
I used a bunch more fabulous Prima Pearl flourishes on this card too, because her name is Pearl and she deserves some, lol! I painted some Lime Green Stickles on her tail for some sparkle and it's AMAZING irl!
KRAFTIN' KIMMIE MERMAID
I colored Aurora by Kraftin' Kimmie yesterday and put her on a card today! This card is quite big, 5.5x5.5! I had to make it big for that mermaid though, they're enormous and gorgeous!
I colored her with Copics! I meant to sponge only a *little* purple ink around her but I got one big glob on there so I had to smooth it out and kinda ended up with more than I wanted, lol! It's all good though, I like how it turned out!
I added more Stickles on Aurora's fins and on the stars in her hair. Also added some lovely Zva gemstones, LOVE THESE! They really add sparkle to your projects!
