Doesn't this image just make ya go "Awwwww...."--that's right say it with me, hee hee! This cutie pie bunny couple is "Two Cute Rabbits"
by Penny Johnson for Stampavie! I love her images! I created a
patchwork quilt with some heart dp I had and white cardstock that I ran
thru my Swiss Dots CB folder.
The bunnies were colored with copics (C5,C3,C2,C1) and then I had to
add some Sparkle Fluff in white to their bunny tails! (NOTE FROM 7 KIDS: Sparkly Fluff will be in the store soon!!!) That fun bow in
her hair is one of many that I picked up at the Consumer Show at CHA
--I think it's so cute and I finished it off with some pearls in the
corners. Perfect card for my hubby for this Sunday's Valentine's Day
:o)

She's Sweet Tilda, & she's from the Raising the Ceiling collection, which you can preorder from 7 Kids College Fund....click HERE to see the whole collection! I colored her with Prismas & cut her out using various oval Nesties.
The papers are SU (the blue layer....it was an In Color & I don't
know the name of it. I am so SU challenged!).....& Cosmo Cricket
Girl Friday. I used my beloved Martha doily lace border punch, & 2 different leaf punches. The blue flower was cut using my Cuttlebug flower die & the little white flower is a Prima. My first time using these babies!

So, here is yet another baking/food theme card from me, and this time Tilda is baking cupcakes for Valentine's Day! Like her cookies, these are guilt-free! This is one of my favorite Tilda images.
I
was playing with paper heart doilies here! I backed one with pink and
mounted Tilda on it. Then I cut some doilies up and made the miniature
doilies for the cupcake brads. I thought that was so cute that I kept
going and cut out the small heart that says "with love" and turned it
into the sentiment for the card! I should have posted a closeup of
that, but you can click on the photos for a larger view.
I
was also playing with these Doodlebug papers and matching
brads--they're like toys! I saw all of these brads at the CHA tradeshow
and then trawled the internet for them. There are brads to match every
paper, and every holiday and theme. I finally found a set of them on
Ebay! I made an easel card so I could use more cupcake paper and make a
big cupcake. I had fun, can you tell? It reminds me of playing with
paper dolls, which I dearly loved when I was little!

The Challenge this week at All That Scraps Weekly Wednesday Challenge blog is
to create a Tri-fold Shutter card. There is just something about
manipulating paper that draws me right in! Love it! If you want to
take a peek at my first tri-fold shutter card for one of our Grandson’s
birthdays last Summer, click here. It’s CUTE! Course I’m biased! lol
For my Tri-fold Shutter card with Miss Rosalie with Roses
I added three pop-up/out hearts. I haven’t seen this done anywhere and
it worked out really fun…look closely and you can see them….cool. I
kept the embellishments at a minimum, which is kinda my nature! bah!
Quit laughing at me! ok – there aren’t any!!! lol I’m counting the
paper hearts…so there! lol I love this heart punch from Stampin Up.
There is a stamp set that matches the punch and I meant to get it out
and stamp them before I punched, but I forgot again! bummer…I guess I
got ahead of myself! lol. I Inked with Versafine Onyx black ink.
Sweet Miss Rosalie with Roses is stamped on Neenah Classic Crest supersmooth card-stock with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with copic sketch markers (photo below). I used my Nestabilities oval dies – three sizes… Sugar Rush Basic Grey pattern paper…great stuff! I inked all the cut paper pieces with Antique Linen Distress ink and my Ink blending tool. My scor-it board for the folds, dug out my old Fiskars trimmer for the cuts.
Another picture, the card closed…

A close up of Miss Rosalie…

The copic markers I used…

Click over to see the other Design Team
gals creations! You will be inspired! I know I’m ready to make some
more of this tri-fold shutter card! JOIN US…can’t wait to see what
you create too!
I’m going to link this up to some other
challenges too…it’s just fun! Look around, meet more stampers,
shop….oops! The truth comes out! lol

The sentiment stamp is from Inkadinkado and stamped with Versafine Onyx Black ink on Stampin Up Soft Suede. The Queen of Hearts, from CC Designs is stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black ink and colored with Copic Sketch Markers, photo below. I used a clear spica pen
on her crown, it’s sparkly! Papers are My Mind’s Eye, Love Me Do. I
know you’re all thinking, stamping Valentines, so come join the
fun…great prize too!

I LOVE making Valentines cards!!! I love the sweet sugary colors, the
flowers and hearts, and the sweet images that are available for
Valentines Day!! I adore little Miss Rosalie with her Roses.
I colored her with Copics and added a little sparkle to the Roses with
a clear glitter pen.
I finished off the inside of the card with another heart!!
